Ingredients

Directions

1. In large saucepan, combine onion soup, water, lentils, rice, tomatoes, carrot, oregano, thyme and basil.
2. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer covered stirring occasionally 45 minutes or until lentils and rice are tender.
3. Stir in parsley, vinegar and pepper and serve.
4. Note: great with rye bread.
