Ingredients
Directions
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the yoghurt, cottage cheese and beaten eggs, and mix together very well.
3. Add the melted butter and mix with a whisk until well combined.
4. Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 70-80 minutes.
