1. | Mix the yeast with 500g of lukewarm water and let it stand for a few minutes to bloom. |
2. | Add all the other ingredients to the water and yeast mixture and knead together for 2-3 minutes. It is a wet sticky dough and does not need further kneading. |
3. | Add to a greased and bottom-lined loaf tin. Sprinkle some seeds on top if you like and press them into the dough slightly. |

5. | Bake in a 200°C oven for 40-45 minutes. |
