Ingredients

Directions

1. Separate eggs. Egg whites in one bowl, egg yolks in another bowl.
2. Add cream of tartar to egg whites and whip until stiff. You should be able to hold the bowl upside down over your head for 10 seconds.
3. Add the cream cheese to the egg yolks, you can use any flavour you like. Mix properly.
4. Slowly fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Make sure you don't release too much air out of the egg whites.
5. Spoon onto a greased baking plate into the size desired.
6. Put the baking plate into a preheated 150 °C oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the bread is a golden brown colour.
7. Leave to cool down and store in an air tight container.
