Separate eggs. Egg whites in one bowl, egg yolks in another bowl. |

Add cream of tartar to egg whites and whip until stiff. You should be able to hold the bowl upside down over your head for 10 seconds. |

Add the cream cheese to the egg yolks, you can use any flavour you like. Mix properly. |

Slowly fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Make sure you don't release too much air out of the egg whites. |

Spoon onto a greased baking plate into the size desired. |

Put the baking plate into a preheated 150 °C oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the bread is a golden brown colour. |

Leave to cool down and store in an air tight container. |
