|1.||Chop cabbage, peas and spring onions finely.|
|2.||Dry fry sunflower seeds and 2 minute noodles (break the noodles up into small pieces). Take off the heat when seeds start to change colour about 5 minutes.|
|3.||Add cabbage, peas, spring onions and sprouts to a bowl.|
|4.||Add cooled seeds and noodles just before serving (so that the noodles don't get soggy). Toss so everything is mixed together.|
|5.||For dressing add vinegar, oil, soy sauce and honey together and mix well. Salad should just be lightly coated with dressing, not swimming in it. Add a tablespoon at a time and mix to avoid over-dressing.|
