Directions

1. Chop cabbage and add to boiling water in a pot.
2. Chop onions, carrots, celery and beetroot.
3. Fry them for 10 min until soft in sunflower oil and add to the pot.
4. Chop tomatoes and fry with a bit of chopped garlic, and add to the pot.
5. Boil on low heat for 10mins.
6. Add bay leaves, dill, salt and pepper according to your taste.
