Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius and grease 900-gram loaf tin.
2. Set 2 tbsp seeds to the side and mix the rest of ingredients together until well combined.
3. Pour mixture into the tin. Level out with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle the reserved seeds on top.
4. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from tin and bake extra 5 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing.
