Ingredients

Directions

1. Fry chopped onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil.
2. Add chopped up tomatoes and basil. Let it simmer for about 10 mins.
3. Add vegetable stock to 500 ml boiling water and add to the vegetables. Let it simmer for 5 mins.
4. Add spinach and chopped greens beans and let it simmer for another 25 mins.
5. Add some more water to soup if you do not like it too thick.
6. The soup can be made into pulp if you enjoy a smoother consistency.
