Spicy Ground Chicken Stir Fry
Tasty meal that is high in fiber.
||Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili, and fry for a minute. Then add the chopped onions, fry until lightly browned.
||Add the ground chicken. Cook until browned.
||Chop all vegetables except the spinach then add to the pan. Note: slice the broccoli into smaller pieces.
||Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce.
||Add the baby spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
||Serve with freshly chopped coriander.
