1. | Mix dry ingredients. |
2. | Mix wet ingredients. Make sure butter is melted and milk is room temperature. |
3. | Add wet ingredients to dry. Combine but do not overmix as small lumps are fine. Leave batter to stand for 10 minutes or more while getting pan to low to medium heat. |
