||Mix dry ingredients.
||Mix wet ingredients. Make sure butter is melted and milk is room temperature.
||Add wet ingredients to dry. Combine but do not overmix as small lumps are fine. Leave batter to stand for 10 minutes or more while getting pan to low to medium heat.
||Add three tablespoons at a time to griddle or non stick pan. Once you see bubbles you can flip and allow to brown and remove.
||Enjoy with syrup and bacon!
