Directions

1. Sift self-raising flour, mustard powder and salt into a bowl.
2. Add chopped spinach, feta cheese and cheddar. Mix thoroughly.
3. Whisk egg and milk together and add to flour mixture.
4. Melt butter in the microwave and fold into mixture. Do not over mix.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
